I am available to join you on the journey of the gold medal mind in a number of ways. We can meet together in person or via the Internet, either individually or in groups, for general counseling or to work through The Gold Medal Mind Workbook together. I can come lecture at your educational or athletic institution, make media appearances, and provide presentations for coaches, athletes, and parents. I also offer consultations with sports medicine staff and can assist with program development.

My experience is not limited to enhancing athletic performance. I also provide services to help with depression, trauma, insomnia, eating disorders, conflicts with family or coaches, substance abuse, concussions, educational difficulties, grief/loss, faith/spiritual challenges, recovery from injury, and other conditions common to athletes and non-athletes alike.
